Cine lenses can be expensive, and a 'budget' lens can really be subjective.

Creators today first get into the $300 range, after all, you need to know if you going to use them or not. Nobody wants to drop $1200 on a lens if you never going to use it, also, manual focus primes...building a set is costly!
